An important recall notice for model LJH-13810 power supply.  **DO NOT ATTEMPT TO UNPLUG OR REMOVE WHILE OPERATING!!** We have identified a possible electrical shock risk from using this power supply, included in a small number of Sentinel installations and some EQR-90 and EQR-120 sensor purchases between January 2020 and July 2023.   If currently connected to a mains power source, use these images to review if your power supply is the model being recalled. If you identify this power supply, please contact Canterbury Seismic at support@csi.net.nz for further advice. Note the rounded head, body shape, and red light shown in the images. If your power supply matches these images, please email us for further instructions.
