Further updates to previous Kaikoura earthquake results

We have previously reported the world-record PGA measured by a CUSP-3C at GeoNet station WTMC during the Kaikoura earthquake, [here ](https://csi.net.nz/index.php/news/kaikoura-eq-nov-2016/)and [here](https://csi.net.nz/index.php/news/kaikoura-eq-update/).

Also of note is [this interesting table in Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peak_ground_acceleration).  CSI now holds Number 1 (Kaikoura 2016) and Number 3 (Christchurch 2011) measurements of peak ground shaking ever measured during an earthquake.
